That political virus known as ‘electronic vote-rigging’ has now reached epidemic proportions in the USA, helped in no small measure by the passing of the Help America Vote Act by Congress in 2003. This is illustrated in the

The fact that Ireland and India are now also adopting these easily-manipulated electronic methods makes it increasingly important that this matter - this system - is given far more publicity than it has so far received. Agreed?
