Citizens of The Hague file lawsuit for arrest of Bush

A group of citizens from The Hague have filed a lawsuit against the state in order to allow for the arrest of “President” Bush as soon as he sets foot on Dutch soil. Bush will visit the Netherlands at the beginning of May.
The applicants, who include the Hague Peace Platform, the Hague City Party ( local political party of the type found in most parts of the Netherlands) and a number of private citizens, want the White House incumbent and Washington junta figurehead to be arrested for "numerous severe violations of the Geneva Convention". Also involved are people and organisations that have campaigned against Bush's wars and the Guantanamo Bay concentration camp. The court will decide on the case at the end of April.

The citizens of the Netherlands' administrative capital want the court to define Bush as unwanted person and deny him access to the country. They would like to see the Netherlands, or another country, will hand Bush over to the International Criminal Court for trial.
