London Global Resistance Forum

On Tuesday 5 April there will be a Globalise Resistance Forum. The forum will take shape in two separate parts:
PART ONE: Two speakers will address the issue of the G8 and G20 summits and protests happening in France this year, speaking on what we can do and achieve around these events. There will be time for questions, discussion and contributions.
PART TWO: We break into workshops. These can be about what you want them to be. We have a few ideas for workshops that we suggest, but if you wanted a workshop on, say, May Day, Climate Change, Women's Rights or The Middle East, you can announce one. We break into workshops, people attend the one they most fancy (if no one turns up to any workshop, it simply doesn't happen).
FINALLY: someone from each workshop does a very short report back, announces any intention to carry forward the process, perhaps an action, another meeting ("working group"). Globalise Resistance will try to facilitate the plans you come up with.
GR Forum will take place on Tuesday April 5th, 7 p.m. at Conway Hall, Red Lion Square, London WC1R 4RL (nearest  tube Holborn)
