European Race Bulletin No. 43 from the Institute of Race Relations in London contains an in-depth analysis of EU immigration and refugee policy on the ground. Liz Fekete's "From refugee protection to managed migration: the EU's border control programme" is just one of the useful features in ERB43, which also contains the usual roundup of developments throughout Europe.
